Insatiable curiosity. Firecracker. Gifted. Loved swimming, crafting, cooking, reading & singing. Parentified eldest daughter. Hypersensitive, but didn’t know there was a word for that. Overwhelmed with my enormous awareness for the feelings of everyone around me. Dimmed my light for my own survival.
self-discovery
Learn to love myself. Developed a queer sensibility. Studied feminist political theory. Dove deep down into astrology in 2018 and tarot in 2021. Managed high-functioning anxiety. Unlearned patterns of codependence. Conflated my intelligence with my worthiness. Over-concerned with others’ perceptions of me.
dark night of the soul
Suffered a brain injury at work August 2022. Spent 2+ years managing chronic migraines, mental fog & extreme light sensitivity. Shuttered inwards and cracked wide open. Felt inherently broken. Forced to confront myself all the way down, and on the way fell in love with my shadow. Redefined my potential & purpose.
reclamation
Coming home to myself. Healing with major mindset work, EFT tapping & the right medicine. Reprioritizing love as my modus operandi. Emerging as a coach, teacher, mentor & guide. Honoring my expertise and broadening my reach. Tapped in to spirit, to soul, to Source. Stepping into my power with deep devotion.

Agency

Interconnection
Honoring the truth that we are never alone. We are a part of a web that transcends all individuals, earthbound and beyond. The space between souls is an alchemy that turns isolation into belonging, separation into unity, individuality into wholeness.
Wisdom
The ancient, living knowledge that we are of the earth. The deep remembering that each life is a miracle. Recognizing the thread that weaves us with our ancestors all the way down. The sacred accumulation of archetypal knowledge we each can access.
Spirit
The animating life force that lies within and throughout all of us. Vitality. The whole body “YES”. Animated by our attention, intention, action & capacity. Guided by the heart, it is our inspiration, our breath of life, the chorus that sings our soul alive.
